Privacy Policy

Adult Sticker Co. is a small print shop in Mesa, Arizona. Because of what we make, privacy isn't a footnote here — it's the whole point. This page explains what we collect, why, how we keep your order discreet, and exactly when your images are deleted. We've written it in plain English on purpose.
What we collect
- Your artwork: the image you upload, and the print-ready version our tool builds from it.
- Order details: size, quantity, finish, border settings, and your order number.
- Contact and delivery details: name, email, phone if you give one, and shipping address.
- Messages: anything you send us through the contact form.
- Your age confirmation: the fact that you confirmed you're 18+ and that everyone pictured is a consenting adult.
We don't require an account, and we don't ask for anything we don't need to print and post your order.
What we never see
Your card details. Payment runs entirely through Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers and we couldn't retrieve it if we wanted to. Stripe handles that data under its own privacy policy.
Discretion
Your order ships in a plain, unbranded mailer — nothing on the outside names Adult Sticker Co. or hints at what's inside. Your card statement shows a neutral billing descriptor rather than our shop name. We don't call, text, or email you anything but what your order needs (your order number and tracking), unless you ask us something.
How we use it
To print your stickers, ship them, email you your order number and tracking, and answer you if you get in touch. That's the whole list.
We never sell, rent, trade, or hand your data to advertisers. We don't run ad trackers or advertising pixels on this site.
Your images, and when we delete them
Your images are stored only so we can print them, and used for nothing else. We don't add them to a gallery, we don't use them in marketing, and we never show them to anyone outside our shop.
We delete your images once your order is complete. Both the original upload and the print-ready file are permanently deleted within 30 days of your order shipping. That short window exists only so we can reprint if something arrives damaged or gets lost in the post. After that, they're gone from our storage for good.
Want it deleted sooner? Ask through the contact form with your order number and we'll remove it once your order has arrived. Designs you upload but never order are deleted automatically within 7 days.
What we keep, and for how long
- Images: deleted within 30 days of shipping (7 days if never ordered).
- Order records (order number, items, address, amount): kept up to 2 years, because tax and accounting rules require us to keep sales records. These do not include your images.
- Age/consent confirmation: kept with the order record as proof the attestation was made.
- Contact messages: kept while we're helping you, then deleted.
A hard line on minors
Everyone depicted in any image must be a consenting adult. If artwork appears to involve a minor or the sexual exploitation of a child, we will preserve it as legally required and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement. See our Terms.
International orders
We ship worldwide from the United States, so if you order from outside the US your details are processed and stored in the US. Your shipping address is shared with the carrier and, where required, with customs so your parcel can clear. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are separate from what you pay us.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. The design tool keeps your work in your own browser's session storage so a refresh doesn't lose it; that stays on your device and clears when you close the tab. Your age confirmation is also stored in your browser for the session. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page for fraud prevention.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS everywhere, payment is handled by Stripe, and our API keys are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we don't hold card data, and we delete your images quickly — which removes the things most worth stealing.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form. We may need to keep order records where tax law requires it, but images can always be deleted on request once your order has arrived.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes with it.
