Is my order discreet?
Completely. Orders ship in a plain, unbranded mailer with nothing on the outside that says what's inside, and your card statement shows a neutral descriptor rather than our shop name. See how we handle privacy.
What happens to my photos?
We use them only to print your order. Files are permanently deleted after your order ships. Designs you upload but never order are deleted within 7 days.
Who's allowed to be in the images?
Everyone in an image must be a consenting adult, 18 or over. Before checkout you'll confirm that you're 18+ and that every person pictured is 18+ and has agreed to have the image printed. We do not print anything involving minors, ever, and anything that appears to exploit a child is reported to the authorities.
Are the stickers waterproof?
Yes. They're printed on waterproof vinyl and sealed under a clear laminate. Water still breaks any sticker down eventually, so wash with care.
How fast do orders ship?
Most orders are printed, cut and packed within 24 hours, then shipped with tracking. You'll get an email the moment your label is created.
Can I get a size or quantity you don't list?
Just get in touch with the size, quantity and a rough idea of the artwork and we'll sort out a quote.
What if it arrives wrong or damaged?
Send a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint or refund it. Because each sticker is made to your art, we can't take returns for change of mind.
